These terms cover your use of this website and your purchase of The UK Senior Survival Playbook (the "book"), a digital PDF. By using the site or buying the book, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
The product and your licence
The book is a digital download (PDF). Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, store, and print it for your own individual use. You may not copy, share, publish, redistribute, or resell the book, in whole or in part. All content is © 2026, all rights reserved.
Purchase and delivery
Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, and payment is processed by PayPal. The price is a one-time payment of £17 — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Delivery is instant: as soon as your payment completes, you receive your download link on screen and by email. If your book doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it.
Your 14-day cancellation right — and the digital-content rule
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, purchases made online normally come with a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content, the law works like this: by purchasing, you request that the book be supplied to you immediately, and you acknowledge that once the download begins, you lose the right to cancel. If you buy but have not yet started your download, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund by emailing us.
If something is wrong with the book
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If your file is faulty, corrupted, or won't open, email [email protected] and we will replace it or refund you. Because the book is delivered instantly, we don't otherwise offer refunds after download — but if you have any genuine problem, write to us and we'll deal with it fairly.
Not advice
The book and this website are educational publications, not financial, legal, tax, or medical advice, and not regulated financial advice. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights, our total liability in connection with the book or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the book.
General
We may update the site, the book, and these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts).
