Your privacy matters, and this policy explains — in plain English — exactly what information we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we ask for as little as possible, we use it only to deliver your book and keep you informed, and we never sell it to anyone.
When you buy the Playbook, our checkout partner (Payhip) collects your email address and processes your payment. That's it. We do not ask for your phone number, your Social Security number, or any banking details directly — your payment is handled securely by our checkout and payment partners, and we never see your full card information.
If you sign up for a free download or updates, we collect your email address only.
We use your email for two things, and only these two:
1. To deliver the book you purchased or requested.
2. If you agree, to let you know when the book is updated for a new year, or when we release something new that may help you.
You can unsubscribe from any update email at any time, using the link at the bottom of the email. That won't affect your access to anything you've already purchased.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We never share it with advertisers. We never cold-call you. If you ever get a phone call from someone claiming to be us asking for personal or financial information, it is not us — hang up.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party services (such as Payhip and its payment providers) that specialize in secure transactions. Your payment is encrypted and handled on their secure systems. We do not store your card number.
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, or to delete your information from our list. Just email us using the contact address below and we'll take care of it.
